FC Spartak Plovdiv
The beginning
FC Spartak Plovdiv was the first team I played for. I began training at 6 years old. The club was my home for almost a decade. During this time, I was able to explore a variety of different positions, initially starting in more defensive roles before moving to the middle of the field.
One thing remained constant: I was captain of the team since my first year of training.
Coaches
Throughout my time at Spartak, I changed coaches a couple of times. Each of them helped me develop my skills and approach the game in new ways. I am grateful for all of them for every single lesson taught.

FC Botev 2002
Time for a Change
After 8 years at FC Spartak Plovdiv, it was time for a new challenge. It was time for me to discover new tactics and to try and prove myself to a new team: a scary, yet rewarding feat.
Within weeks I was already among the starting lineup, which was very encouraging, especially considering my teammates.
Leveling up my training
The training sessions led by Ivan Tanchovski at FC Botev 2002 were nothing short of strenuous. We were dared to perform at our limits on a daily basis and it is perhaps where I saw the most development of my physical abilities.
It was in September of 2021 that I began attending fitness sessions curated specifically to improve my abilities on the field by Luciana Yamada at S.I.²L.A. Sports Complex.

Yet another change
In the summer of 2022, the U17 team at FC Botev 2002 was disbanded, prompting a search for a new team. Having just settled at FC Botev 2002, this was a tough but nonetheless exciting period.
After exploring several clubs, I ultimately chose FC Plovdiv 2015 as my new home. The level of expertise at both the coaching staff and club leadership levels was certainly attractive—particularly with Lilcho Arsov, the legendary former goalkeeper of FC Botev Plovdiv, playing a key role in the club’s leadership.
Debut at 16-years-old
In June of 2023, season 2022/23, I had my first appearance in the first team of FC Plovdiv 2015, competing in the A Plovdiv regional group. By the first games of the 2023/2024 season, I had become part of the starting lineup, playing full time.
Playing both among and against footballers with a wealth of experience, many former first league players, has been a truly transformative experience.
As part of the first team, I have had the opportunity to face teams in the first Bulgarian league in friendly games.
New Colours: FC Sadovo
In the summer of 2024, the first team of FC Plovdiv 2015 and FC Sadovo merged, meaning that for the 2024/25 season, we are to be playing in the colours of FC Sadovo.
The team had a few new players, remaining mostly the same. I am still in the starting lineup, playing full time, but this time under my favourite number 17.
